How do online sessions work?
Once you schedule an appointment through our secure portal, you’ll receive a private video link. Simply click the link at your session time to meet with your counselor in a confidential, HIPAA-compliant space.
Can I switch counselors if I feel it’s not a good fit?
Absolutely. Chemistry matters. If at any point you’d like to work with a different clinician, let us know and we’ll match you with another team member—no additional charge or explanation needed.
